Temporarily shore and carefully remove sections of existing wood framed / plaster ceilings, in order to raise ceiling heights in strategic areas for rehabilitation activities. Update existing restrooms to comply with current ADA code requirements. Convert old exam and procedure rooms to new consultation and case worker offices. Insulate the entire underside of the existing roof structure to comply with Title-24 building envelope requirements
