Extensive demolition and interior renovations of existing office lease space for new Dental Operatory, Offices, Reception and Patient Lobby Area. A complete interior overall which included raising ceiling heights and installation of all new ceiling and wall finishes. Install new vinyl wall coverings, wood base, accent painting, custom casework with solid surface countertops. Upgrade mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems to accommodate new dental chairs, workstations & equipment.
