Apex General Contractors' Success with CMHS Remodeling Project

In the face of the unprecedented challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, healthcare institutions have been called upon to adapt and innovate rapidly to meet the needs of their communities. Community Memorial Health Systems (CMHS) responded to this call with agility and foresight, undertaking a comprehensive remodel of its Mountain & Ocean Tower Buildings to enhance emergency preparedness and response capabilities. Led by Apex General Contractors, this project not only revitalized old hospital areas but also implemented crucial infrastructure upgrades to support pandemic response efforts.

Remodel of Mountain & Ocean Tower Buildings for COVID-19 pandemic emergency response. Revamp old hospital areas with new floor and wall finishes. Retrofit 6 floors of exterior windows at new hospital for air filtration systems, including temporary scaffolding and window replacements with plywood and air scrubbers. Install new FRP wainscot in hallways and replace wind cone at Mountain Tower / Parking Structure. Support CMHS maintenance facilities construction activities.
