I had the opportunity to work with Apex General Contractors at the City Center office project on Ralston Street in Ventura. I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service they have provided.
As the Property Manager on the City Center project I have worked closely with Apex throughout an extensive renovation of the property which included remodeling nearly every individual interior office of the 113,000+ square foot project. Apex served as general contractor for all of the projects and also provided extensive design-built services for all of the office construction jobs.
City Center was less than 45% leased when we began renovations in 2009 and it is now 100% occupied. I believe Apex was an integral part of the reason we have been so successful. Their excellent communication and coordination skills were crucial in helping to get projects done on time and on budget. Throughout ever project I found that Apex acted as a partner and not just as a contractor.
